Round targets: thickness 0.1-10.0mm; diameter 20.0-200.0mm

We manufacture targets of various shapes and sizes from the following metals and alloys: Cp99,99; Pd99,9 ; Zl99,99; I99,9 p; Rd99,9; Ru99,9 ; Pl99,93 po ; bimetallic brazed targets of the "silver-copper", "gold-copper" systems. By agreement, it is possible to manufacture targets from other materials.

Precious metal targets are used as consumables for coating various surfaces by magnetron sputtering.
